Hey, that's taekwondo sparring! I wasn't sure what a tornado kick was. In our (and, I think, more standard, terminology, that's a 360 roundhouse, or Nad Ah Baum in Korean (or something like that).

BTW, just yesterday I found this site which has some decent demonstrations of some tkd kicking and other techniques.
