Yeah, they spent the night with me. Got up relatively early, and were bouncing off the walls by 9. All I could think is we've got to get outta here!

Needed to pick up some boxes at my office, so it dawned on me the perfect place to take them on this rainy day was to JPFitness.

We played in the aerobics room. Did some kickboxing, jump roping, burpees, and push-ups. An hour later, we we ran down 5 flights of stairs to my office. And mom came to get them shortly after we got back. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Ms. Cap,
TYhat reminds me of the uptown "Y" in downtown Nashville. It is located at the top of the Suntrust building on the 30th floor, and part of bootcamp is running 10 floors down, and back up. Killer.

You must be the cool aunt that everyone has! Mine was a cousin who was about 10-15 years older. She took us fishing and exploring and catching bugs.

Good job Capp. My neice loves when I take her to my gym. Although I think it might have something to do with teenage boys that go there, at least I get her in there working out [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I took some inspiration from you and did the same this afternoon. Took all three of mine and worked up quite a sweat playing all sorts of fun games with them. Our favorite was the one where I drag them across the floor at high speeds by a jumprope. They all participated in that one screaming at the top of their lungs. I had the Cake CD jammin' at close to full blast too. Nice thing to do when it's too wet to go play outside.
