Congrats Chera! Nothing like progress to motivate further success! I'm in the same boat as you... some progress, some more to go.
Those of us who log our training on the forum usually post our progress pics in our logs (god forbid I post my progress pics here in this thread to the teaming testosterone masses! [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ). We'll look forward to your progress pics.
hmmm well ok i dont want to make all of my info open to the general public ill just stick to my note book and keep on taping in my pictures. Maybe oneday ill show a revealing pic of the fat im trying to loose lol untill then ill just post one from work.
