I am bored out of my mind cus I am snowed in! Anyways, here's a pic of some pancakes I made this morning...hehe.
-3/4c oats
-1/4c cottage cheese
-1 whole egg
-3 egg whites
-1 scoop whey
-half a banana
-bunch of cinamman
Blended until smooth and then I added the other half of banana when I poured the batter on the frying pan. Topped with sugar free maple sryp when they were done. They were delecious.

Where are you in Chicago? Glenview here. I didn't work out today because the 2-1/2 hours of shoveling I did (my wife did another 75 minutes) was enough. Now the bottom is dropping out of the thermometer. When I was just outside, 'The Hawk' was flying with considerable ferocity (for those non-Chicagoans, 'The Hawk' is the rapid north wind that hits in winter, usually bringing in Canadian or polar air).
Probably Nick. We've had a pretty windy winter. Today, the gusts aren't that bad (only 25 mph), but with all the snow (over a foot) and the drop in temps (right now it's 15 degrees and falling), it dangerous.
So far this winter, there were two days where we had gusts approaching 55 mph and more than a handful above 35 mph. That's what happens when you have a flat plain on three sides, and a flat lake on the fourth. And Becka wonders why I want to move to Hawaii.

Sitting here reading and watching a concert on TV. I know I should be out having fun, but I need to get off to a good start.
It was 12 this morning when I went to workout, and it was wind between 30-50 mph. It was one of those winds where you got moved by the wind and it was really hard to breathe. I'm sure you have had some of those.
