Kaiser & Bjs, these were last year's 'after' photos. I dropped 10 lbs after that, so I was officially 'scrawny' upon starting this program. I'm hoping for a gain of 20 lbs by the end of the program. I'll be up to 6-7% bodyfat, as compared to 5% in the photos above, but there will be a lot more muscle [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

OK, 5%. That is NOT happening for me. I think I'd drive myself insane trying to get there, given that when I was at 11%, I just couldn't seem to break into the single digits. Someone told me it comes down to genetics sometimes.... either that or I just wasn't willing to make the sacrifices needed (family and all). But I"d be happy to be at 11% again, and my goal right now is 15%. When I told my new neigbor today that I was once at 11%, she couldn't believe it. She's only known the slightly chubby Kaiser!

Funny, must be a regional thing. Girls around here actually talk about "the squish". One actually asked me how she could "get the squish" because she was too skinny and I know stuff about nutrition.
Basically it's just the hips, thighs and breasts that women are supposed to have... no boney ladies for me!
