Someone was in town this summer.

And that would be the 'least littered with advertisments in all of professional sports' field.

GG:

Neither, didn't get out of that game until close to 1 and had to drive to Indy that night.

K:
I must say that Chi-town is a beautiful city. I thoroughly enjoyed the day I spent there...I'm going to post more pics of my trip out to the Chi&indy later today.

Funny Wrigley Story: For those of you who have been to the Wrigley Field Men's Bathrooms ...needless to say when I first walked in I was a little caught off guard. I totally wasn't expecting the setup to be like that and had forgotten that they even had bathrooms like that. Anyway my brother was using the multi person urinal when the guy next to him dropped his brand new Motorola Razr into the piss of probably dozens of men. Dude had to fish it out...How much does that suck?

Here's a somewhat blurry picture of me taking a break during a recent hike on Table Rock in South Carolina.

Keith my Buddy was so freaked by the trough urinals at Wrigley that he had to wait for a toilet every time he had to take a piss. Nervous bladder syndrome or something like that. All in all that is a great ballpark.

Yeah, the troughs are nasty, leftovers of some medieval age.

PS: I would have left the Razr.

My freshman dorm in college went old school with the trough urinals, too. Being college freshmen, most of us just used the sinks in our rooms.

Chicago is an amazing city. I've never been fond of NYC, I've always preferred Boston and DC to it. I've actually probably been to Boston and DC more often than I have been to NYC, even though I live half an hour away from the city. I went out to baseball camp at ND this summer and we visited friends in Chicago. Went to Sears Tower, Navy Pier, and stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Chicago. My parents and their friends hit Rock Bottom one night. It's a beautiful city.

EDIT: speaking of fountain, ran around in the fountain, I don't remember the name. It has two pillars on opposite ends that rain down water. A lotta fun :p

I agree with this statement; I much prefer Boston to NYC, and I've only been into NYC a few times, though I currently live on Long Island (only came here because of the job/promotion, would never have voluntarily chosen NY). NYC can be fun, sure, but it just doesn't have the appeal that Boston does (and I've lived most of my life near Chicago, so I guess I wanted a change, though it's funny that I don't actually know Chicago all that well.)

I believe that fountain in Chicago is the one from the intro to the classic show "Married With Children." I got to see it this summer as well.

It's the one that was modeled after the one in Versailles.

Looked like a driving range, I'm sure that the ground isn't in great condition in general; besides, with some of the people that one might be hitting next to, you may not want to walk forward to pick up the divot such that you're in the 180 degree range that said person might hit the ball :p
