Ditto!! You should have let us know -- you might have had an audience.
So far Corporate Challenge has had LOUSY publicity, even among the companies participating.

It was the first week of May. It was cold and cloudy, and the race started at 7:30.
Yeah, publicity sucked. My company just now got the pics loaded to our intranet... almost 2 months after the event!
I'm still waiting to see any photos at my company. The only event that received any mention on our intranet was a guy in the department next to mine who won a bowling award. Nothing in the KC Star, nothing in Ingram's.
I suppose I should stop whining and volunteer for next year.

Worked this time, Frank. Whereabouts are they taken? Nice scenery.

Here's one of me and my daughters at Fort Walton Beach, FL. In this pic I'm 160 pounds and I think I measured 13% bodyfat. I'm also as white as a professional tech geek can get. This is why I needed to go to the beach.
Here's a couple from last month. I'm 168 pounds and about 15% bodyfat. I had decided to put on a few more pounds of bulk...but suceeded in becoming a skinny fat guy again. So now I'm trying to be a little smarter about my nutrition.
I suppose I still haven't built much of a body, but I'm fairly happy considering where I started. 2.5 years ago I was about 145 pounds, 18% bodyfat, couldn't squat twice my weight and couldn't bench my weight. I feel like I've come a long way.
Edit...I tried to imbed those images but I guess I completely muffed the encoding. My bad.

I tried really hard to find a pic of me where I match your facial expression, but seriously, you and I look like we could be related....BTW, I'm on the left, and that's my dad on the right.

Congrats on your progress. You have some cute kids too. You should post pics of them in the old kid pics thread that's floating around here somewhere (do a search on kid pics).
BTW, I fixed your pics. When you try to embed photos with the forum's code it has to end with .jpg, .gif, or .png. All I did was take out the stuff after the .jpg and it worked just fine.
