I'll play along. This is still my favorite lifting photo - even though it came from training. I could have been a cover model for the UCONN S&C website the way the lettering in the background just happened to line up perfectly for this.

I'm going to post a few pics of my tanned arms from late last summer. Mostly because I've lost a good amount of mass and as motivation for me to do some upper body work on off days from the bike. I doubt I'll work them as hard now - more upper body mass just means a slower ride, but I gotta get motivated to do upper body more than once a week, so.....publicly stating it is a good a way as any, I guess.
