Rather than harp on what we want to fix on ourselves, I'd like to know what part about YOU that you really like. What is your BEST bodypart? Legs? Arms? Abs? Midsection in general? Chest? Back? Calves? Let's have 'em. Pictures are welcome (if you want to support your claim ).
So baby got some back? I think the ladies would be thrilled to death to see the evidence, Chris. Proof is in the puddin', as they say!
hey i thought no pics allowed jp??? lol plus i have no idea how to post them.. so you make the rules no complaining
Who said no pics allowed? Something lude (like exposed genitals) would be deleted, but scantly clad progress pics are especially allowed in here.
You post a pic by loading your photos at a host like photobucket, then hotlink to it like so:
To do this, I use the "image" button in a create post window. Paste the image location (URL) in the box and hit enter. It needs to have a tag like .jpg, or .bmp, or .png.
Post em if ya got 'em!
I wonder which of us wise-ass guys will be the first to say it. Come on, you know which part I mean.
I'd have to say my chest. My chest has really filled out a lot from what it was 6 months ago, and I don't sit there pounding out bench presses all day, which makes me happy.
I wouldn't say they are my favorite but my best body part is my legs. They are damn annoying a lot of the time trying to fit pants but they are also huge which is cool.
My knees, definitely! Specifically, bones, joint, cartilege... In October, excruciating pain struck around the left knee, calling for the first visit ever to an orthopedic surgeon, who ordered extensive MRI tests. I feared at the very least painful injections of cortisone, or maybe knee replacement surgery, but it turned out that the pain had originated in a Baker's cyst. After checking out the images, the doctor said that I had the knees of a 50-year-old guy. But I'm not 50; today I turned 71. I attribute younger knees to never having jogged or run and not having walked much or turned up in a gym until age 65. (I take "best body part" to mean something functional, not aesthetic....)
Incidentally, my doctor, estimated age, 40, was on crutches, recovering from surgery for damage from injuries playing football in high school....
Depends how we take it..
My Boyfriend absolutly goes crazy over my hips.. When we first took dance lessons.. I had to stop doing the hip movement in the cha cha so he could concentrate on the steps.. LOL
and well.. me.. I think it would be the small of my back.. the waist and going down..
and fitness wise.. I wouldn't change my legs with anyone's. We have a long history together lol
