I took my management staff to Tunica, Mississippi about 30 minutes South of Memphis, TN for the weekend to play blackjack. It was my first time to ever gamble with real money in a casino. I went to Vegas when I was in my early twenties, but was too intimidated to do anything but play slots. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! Thankfully I didn't lose my ass in the deal. Actually, after losing everything I brought with me I managed to crawl back out and do a little better than even. I also won about $75 at a slot machine with about $4 worth of quarters. I am really glad that there are no casinos really close to where I live. I could see easily myself getting addicted to that. I can't wait to go back.
