take it easy for a few weeks and let the body do it's job of repairing the bone. you'll be back to slipping and sliding in no time.

Jeez! That looks seriously painful! That's pretty cool xray though, and pretty cool that you caught a photo right as you busted. You just need to keep that photo on you so you can explain with illustrations to all the doting girls who will be asking how you hurt yourself. The xray too, cause that is one serious break. You don't need to be a radiologist to see what's wrong with that picture. Let me confer with my colleague, Dr Russ. Well Doc?
