I recently redid my pc and installed Firefox, just because everyone said it would keep some of the bugs out. Now, it takes about 1 whole minute to load a page, which my IE would do under 10 secs. Any ideas why? Is my configuration wrong or something?

There shouldn't be a noticable load difference (after all, same site, same amount of data being downloaded, etc.) However, there are certain tweaks that you can set for firefox in order for it to start rendering the data that it has received sooner than the default specifies; generally, the browser will wait until it has what it determins to be enough content to be able to accurately render the page.

Got another question: Sometimes Firefox is unable to display words properly. If use the dictionary on education.yahoo.com, you get some funny squares appearing. Can this be fixed with a patch?

Oh, and TS, Firefox is built on a Mozilla core (I *think*); but then again, I'm not quite sure what you meant, since you really only posted one word that could mean:
1) Use Mozilla, it's better
2) Go Mozilla (i.e. Firefox)!
3) Random busting out of tech vocab
4) May Our Zones In Lala-Land Ally
Was surfing around, and noticed that the browser does not have a "create shortcut" button when you hit the right click on your mouse. I used it a lot, when using IE. Bookmarking is not really my thing, so is there any way around this?
