Can anyone resize an animated gif for me?

The problem is the animated clip I want to use for an avatar is too long. So I can't upload it at imageshack because the file is too big. So I was wondering if:

1. There is somewhere other than imageshack where I can upload a larger file to use on here.

or

2. If someone knows how to (and wouldn't mind) resizing it for me.

I use photobucket..not sure how their image size differs from imageshack.
