I was wondering what you guys listen to while you work out to get pumped up. I bring my laptop down into my basement and blast this playlist:
I'm Not OK-My Chemical Romance
Best of Me-The Starting Line
Cute without the E (Cut from the Team)-Taking Back Sunday
Sweet Home Alabama-Skynard-don't know why, but i do listen to it
Scars-Papa Roach
My Generation-The Who
Fortune Faded-Red Hot Chili Peppers
Beverly Hills-Weezer
Slither-Velvet Revolver
Seven Nation Army-The White Stripes
Some rock remix of Another Brick in the Wall Part II (not the Korn one though-can't figure out who it is)
Blitzkreig Bop-Ramones
My Brain is Hanging Upside Down (Bonzo goes to Bitburg)-Ramones
The KKK took my baby away-Ramones
Troubled Heart-Kutless
Werewolves of London-Warren Zevon (Mostly to relax me before a big lift)
Times They Are A'Changing-James Taylor Live Version (same reason as above)
Lastly, Rawkfist-Thousand Foot Krutch-This is my pump up song. I play it right before and during big lifts and listen to it over and over before games. It just gets me pumped.
What do you guys listen to?

I put it on Edge 102.1 and listen to that. It's mostly all like fast-paced high energy songs, so it's good to work out to. Plus they talk and are funny as hell, so it's not so lonely in my garage . They play stuff like papa roach, queens of the stone age, billy talent, green day, treble charger, sum 41, franz ferdinand, social code, and all other groups that fit into that area of music.

I've made some huge mistakes, but they were necessary, because without them I wouldn't have learned anything.

If you want a really awesome pump up song try Powerman 5000 - Bombshell. Best gym song, ever.
Besides a few exceptions such as the one above I usually like to have Good Charlotte, Goldfinger, Lagwagon, Greenday, Millencolin or Jimmy Eat World on my mp3 player, and that's the music I listen to outside the gym as well.

I'm usually stuck listening to crappy pop/pop punk/rap at the gym (Britney Spears/My Chemical Romance/Snoop Dogg, no offense to people who like this stuff but it makes me want to kill myself). When I work out at home some of my favorite CD's are:
Norma Jean: Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child
Norma Jean: O' God the Aftermath
Living Sacrifice: In Memorium (greatest hits CD)
Killswitch Engage: S/T
Killswitch Engage: Alive or Just Breathing
Killswitch Engage: The End of Heartache
As I Lay Dying: Frail Words Collapse
Dead to Fall: Villainy & Virtue
Zao: Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest
Zao: The Funeral of God
