hey guys!i recently got a girlfriend and i have been having alot more sex recently like 3 or 4 times a day,i have noticed dramatic muscle growth,although i have been doing ian kings super strength aswell,however i feel that the sex has aided me in my growth especailly on the hips,i have lost the fat around that area and my abs are showing more,but i am gaining weight which is great!sex is good and my body is getting better,what more could i ask for hahhaa!what about you guys?has sex changed your body in anyway?
