I have a Friday pic for you guys...don't worry, its not one of me or Ricky Martin! But, I don't know how to post it here, so please give me some instructions!!!!

If it's already on the internet, right click the image and select "copy image location." then Go to the full reply form, and click "image" under "Instant UBB Code" and past the link location in there. It should show up then.

If it's not on the net you need to go to imageshack.us and host it from there and follow the above instructions.
