JP, you have beautiful kids. Only two of them in diapers....that's a relief! my oldest just graduated out of diapers and it's heaven.

so what's with the nasty gash on the eldest's leg? taking him mountain biking with you?

Only Ethan is in diapers! (except at night) I agree it is heaven.

The nasty gash is only nasty looking because the photo is HUGE. It was from when he mowed the lawn (just kidding).

What is a hydrogeolist? A geologist that goes into the water for rocks?

just the opposite, a geologist who looks for water in rocks. basically hydrogeologists study the occurrence and movement of the water in the subsurface. in consulting, hydrogeologist generally fall into to categories; clean water and dirty water. the former relates to locating and developing public water supply wells and the latter deals with groundwater contamination and remediation. i've done both, but prefer the clean water side of the industry.

JP & Erika - how do you stay sane raising three younguns and running a business?!?!?! I can't even begin to imagine at this point.

My best friend has a 16 month old that is running he and his wife absolutely ragged.

Much Respect!

Kuri - who said we were sane?

There is hope for your friend. It will get easier in a year or so.
