Right now it is 24degrees and we had maybe an inch of snow fall last night. Wish it had been more so I could have slept in

24*? That's sitting outside in the lawn chair, enjoying a nice cool drink weather! ha! We've got 4" of old snow and we got another 2" last night. Of course since I'm in Iowa, by the time I get off work tonight I'm sure it'll be 85* with tornado warnings. Sheesh!

29F, high of 35F today, with 4-6" of snow on the ground and a tad more forecast for today. Yep, might break my own moratorium and run into the city

I'm with you GR

It was 6 degrees upon waking, now it's soared up to 9 degrees. I'm waiting for 10 degrees before I put my swimming trunks on.

There is also about 4" of snow on the ground now and it's still coming down.

After getting a few inches of snow, sleet, and freezing rain yesterday, it's about 24 degrees. Might see a high of about 35. And the best part? More snow on Thrsday.

My thermometer in my truck this a.m. read 1-degree this morning.

I was just thinking how interesting (or miserable) it is to live in a place where it can hit 100+ in summer and less-than-zero in winter.

Yeah, we break out the thermals and heavy coats when it hits 60. It was 50 when I left my house for work and I thought I was going to freeze before the heater started working.

Like Kuri said, it got down to 78 here, and at night it's so cold you have to turn on the heated seats when driving.

It's *really* cold when you have to actually put the top up.

Well, it was about 29F here when I woke up this morning, and we hit a high of 50F today. I gotta go buy more of fleece lined jeans from Eddie Bauer if this type of weather is going to keep up. Of course, I did decorate the outside of the house the after Thanksgiving in shorts, so I'm not complaining.

Then again, I'll probably be at home tomorrow seeing that the weatherman is prediciting a whopping 2" of snow to start falling some time tonight, tomorrow, tomorrow night, or Thursday. When it comes to snow around these parts, the weatherman is ALWAYS wrong! Sheesh! Now, since we've got the snow forecast, we'll probably start hearing about cancellations tomorrow and Thursday JUST IN CASE that snowfall happens. UGH! The grocery store will be completely out of everything we'll need. The prediction of snow makes EVERYONE go more than a little crazy!!

High today was +1, low tonight is expected to be around -10, same tomorrow. Snowed all day but just a couple inches on the ground.

It's more interesting (or more miserable) in Winnipeg. We range from 100+ in the summer to -40 in the winter.
