I found this bench on Overstock.com for $245 (Shipping $3). It looks crazy good, the description from Weider is:

The Weider Pro 396 Olympic-width weight bench is one of the strongest available from Weider. Accommodating up to 310 lbs., the Pro 396 offers six different workout stations. The bench can be adjusted for incline, flat and decline press exercises. The 6-roll leg developer lets you work your quads and hamstrings. The rolled preacher pad isolates your biceps. The lat tower is great for toning your upper body. The low pulley and row plate works your legs and upper body. The plate storage keeps your weights neatly organized and out of the way. And safety spotters add additional safety and ease to your workout.

I'm in need of a new bench, and I'd love to be able to do squats, what do you guys think?

Buk, I have the one you listed from Sam's. It's great. It has dip handles as well. If you are looking for a catch all, this is certainly it. It came with a bar and weights- 250# total including the bar. Great value IMO. The bench leaves a little to be desired but still a good deal.

I thought I remembered dip handles when I saw it in the store, but I wasn't positive, and am to lazy to read if it was in the description. Comming with weights adds to the value. And I also think when I saw it in the store it was a little less expensive, but can't recall exactly.

I can't afford the extra $250 and I already have the weights...plus I don't think it would fit in my garage. Thanks though.
