membership to my gym tripled over the weeked with newbies. i guess pre-school is officially over for the summer and everyone is trying to get ready for swimsuit season.

anyway, i couldn't believe how much they hogged up the weights and used poor form with their lifts. i managed to snap a few pictures for your enjoyment.

This one was getting ready for some push presses...




Her form was terrible for the front deltoid raises.


Showing some 'tude to other members. i don't think i'll approach her while she's in "the zone". best wait until after the workout.


This one was working an Olypmic lifts, but he couldn't tell me which one. typical musclehead [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Look at the way your boy opens up his hips along the toe line as he goes to push press. If he had kept going down, he'dve had a rock bottom oly squat. Notice how he pushes toward the back on the overhead press.

Bad movement patterns are learned people, we make this stuff way more difficult than it has to be.
