I don't know about Heather Locklear, but I can tell you that at one point Sears had to actually ask Christy Brinkley to discontinue modeling bathing suits because it was costing them far too much to air-brush out the cellulite on her thighs and hips for their catalogues!!!

that seems like a reasonable theory to me! God she is well preserved. But if you look at old pictures of her, she has always looked younger than her chronological age. Good genes, money and I'm sure a lot of effort on her part have helped. She's still hot. The only thing I've seen lately that bugs me is a movie where she plays Hillary Duff's mother. EEEEEW.
