Push up Form Stage 1?
What push-up form am I suppose to be doing during Stage 1? Elbows close? Elbows out? Somewhere in between? Is the object here to work the chest with the triceps secondary, or the triceps with the chest secondary?

In general, you are targeting the big muscle groups - so set up to work your chest.
