Default starting again after a break...or two

I have made it to Stage 2 in the NROL4W program but haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks while recovering from the flu. There were 2 other instances before that other the summer where I took 2 week breaks while travelling and not having access to a gym with proper equipment. I still exercised with cardio during those times but I wasn't following the program.

I'm wondering if I'd receive more benefits from the program if I started over at this point. The flu took a lot out of me and I don't know if I could jump back in where I left off.

Any thoughts? I want to come out of this program with the best possible results and I'm wondering if starting over would be the best option.

I would also love to hear any answers to this question. I had the flu then a week home with sick kids. I had done week one of 2nd workout. I just sort of jumped back in to it but find it very difficult to do all the reps.

I have a question.

My situation is a bit different - I did stage 1 quite a few months ago and then just.. well.. stopped going to the gym for a while. Now I'm back and I want to start over with NROLW. I know I obviously should start over from the beginning as far as strength goes. The problem is that it just feel so uninspiring do all the same things all over again for another 6 weeks. Any ideas for how I can get past this feeling?
