Question recipes from the book

Have any of you made any of the recipes from the book?

I'm specifically thinking of trying the Peanut Butter Snack bars, but that looks like a lot of flax seed. Any comments on the flavor?

I have made the Orange Spiced Salmon many times, and I've used the spice blend for pork tenderloin and to put in couscous. Thumbs up on that one!

Also, do any of you have suggestions for cookbooks or other websites that feature high protein moderate carb recipes/ meal plans? Does the original NROL have recipes? I need more ideas for snacks specifically, as I don't want to be eating meat for every meal and I can only handle so much cottage cheese..

I've made the peanut butter snack bars, and I think they're reaaallllly tasty, and handy for a quick bite to eat.

I like the peanut butter bars too. I didn't have enough chocolate protein powder last time I made them, so I used unflavored and cocoa. A little on the bitter side, could have used a bit more splenda maybe, but otherwise I liked them!
