Default Newbie question....help please

Hi folks,

Sorry if this has already been answered before or in the book....new mom here - so sleep deprivation on high right now!

I am looking at starting workout A tonight and noticed that there are 4 different squat exercizes demonstrated in the book. Does it matter which one I chose to do for Workout A? Should I alternate between the different types on different days or just stick with the same type? OR and I totally not getting it and am supposed to be doing 15 reps of each type of squat???

Thanks!

If the plan calls for squats, it means normal back squats to parallel.
If the plan wants you to use a variation it will call for it explicitly.

Also, when the book lays out your workout schedule, it provides the page number to the exercise. Just go to that page and it will show which version you should be doing.
