Default Soy Protein Powder (SPP)

Just bought/read New Rules of Lifting for Women and I know right away that my intake of protein is wayy too low...so trying to think of ways I can use soy protein as a shake?
Anyone have any ideas for incorporating SPP into their diets?
I usually put it in my steel oats in the morning and mix it in but am having a hard time figuring out how I am going to have a post workout shake with soy-it is kinda chaulky...
Any ideas?

why soy? there's other proteins that mix better with stuff and would increase your options.

Anyway, there's smoothies, using the shake to also get in some fruits, or veggies, for the day.
If it's completely unflavoured you could look at adding it into sauces/gravies/etc for any number of dishes (pastas, stirfrys, stews, thick soups).
Might mix up well in something oily like peanut butter or other nut butters for spreading on toasts or having with jams in sammiches.

I guess these depend a bit on your willingness to experiment and have to use less per instance but getting a serving or two total spread out through the day here and there.

I have used Kashi GoLean protein powder which is soy based. I usually put it in a smoothie with a banana and some frozen fruit. I don't notice any difference between that and whey-based protein powder.
