Default New to this board :) Almost finished stage 1 and rop

Im really excited! Ive never enjoyed working out so this is a big thing for me. Im also loving the high protein diet. Quick question- im currently using GNC lo-carb delight whey protein blend (vanilla). I love the taste, but any comments as to the performance/quality of this product? It was rec'd to me by the woman at GNC so im not sure how credible her info is. Its a whey protein isolate, 30 g protein per serve.

It's probably just fine. Once you get to WPI it is really a taste and cost/gram and mixability issue more than it is quality per se.

As far as performance - mine tends to just sit in the container until I mix it. What kind of performances are you looking for?

Lisa, you've always got the witty comments, don't you.

(My protein powder can bench 225, what can yours do?)
