Default workout time of day(night) re-nutrition

Newbie here

I started NROLW last week, but due to shift work, my time at the gym starts sometime between 1 and 3am. When I get home, I usually have a bath, and in bed within 1 to 1.5 hours.
Any suggestions regarding modifying the recommended pre-and post workout nutrition in this scenario?

Thanks,
Janni

You should still be able to have something pre- and -post. So long as you are in range of your calorie requirements, it shouldn't matter what time you eat or drink unless it keeps you from sleeping or there is some other problem.
