I workout at 5:00 in the morning. I am not a morning person but it's the only time I can go there and not have to worry about anyone but me. I am usually not fully awake until I'm leaving the gym and walking out to my car, but my workouts are always pretty good despite being on "autopilot".

M-F at the gym (or running) by 4:45 most days. Weekends in the mornings when I get up.

I change clothes at home and will sometimes have a small snack if I am really hungry, otherwise I don't have a pre-work out snack. It usually just makes me nauseous or gives me side stitches. I eat lunch around 1 pm.
