Exclamation Yikes!!! Need some advice on tiny screw up...

So I just got back from the gym and I was looking at my log and then I noticed that I should've been doing 3 sets of each exercise starting on Workout A5. I got so used to not looking at my clipboard while working out because I had memorized the workouts so I hadn't realized it til now!!!

I had just finished workout B6 today, so that means I have done 4 workouts with only 2 sets of each exercise instead of three... Should I do two more workouts or should I continue and do the correct number of sets?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd just continue and do the correct number of sets. It's pretty early in the grand scheme of things, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

X 2! You'll get all the sets you want or need later in the program. . .. . . just move on. . . .unless of course, you're one of those who just love step ups and lunges and are sad at the thought of missing some of them, heh heh.

I did the same thing! Did my A3 workout yesterday 2x15 instead of 2x12 with higher weights.. oh well! I've had to adjust my weights up and down almost every exercise every workout, I'm still figuring things out. I keep discovering different equipment I can use, and I'm always trying to improve my form, and I find that means sacrificing weight.
