Default Quick Question on Step-Ups

Greetings All!

I just began (this morning!) Stage One and have a quick question regarding Step-ups. What do folks use to complete the step-ups? I looked around the gym and saw some hard plastic steps (as used in aerobics class). Are those sufficiently high? Perhaps stacking those? Thanks!

My gym asked me not to use the weight benches for step-ups. I have to go out side and use the loading platform that is about 4 inches taller than the weight bench... makes step-ups extra difficult...

I use the steps for aerobics class. They are always easy to find and readily accessible. I don't have to worry about someone else needing them. If I need a higher step, I just stack them together. They work great for me.

Aerobics steps (if they are your best option) typically have risers that are square. It's usually more stable to use the risers to raise the height rather than stacking the steps on top of each other. Hope that helps.

My aerobic steps don't have little risers. They fit neatly one atop the other. They are a solid unit. The ones you described sound really great. I will have to ask at the gym and see if they have any of them.
