Default Stage 1 Bonus Workouts or Interval/Steady State tonight or Both?

The only cardio I think I got this week was tennis class yesterday. Lifted Wednesday and Friday. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be exceeding the upper limit of my so-called "deficit"...

Should I make use of those extra calories today and lift? What if I can't get in enough protein today, if I'm short on protein is it better I do cardio?

Or should I try to just burn off those extra calories tonight, I can watch t.v. and be on the elliptical for an hour. And just eat as much protein as I can while adding as few calories?

Or can I do both today? But keep the cardio to just 20 min interval?

Here's my stats so far and thats not including the dessert I ate. Yeah not the healthiest day...

I think you should do this:

1) Breath and relax
2) Remember this is just one day/week...everyone has some days when they've gone over/under their macro targets...it's not the end of the world, don't beat yourself up about it, be kind to your head. One day is not going to destroy your goals (personally I set myself a goal of being 'On Macros' for 85% of the time (I have to work at the protein as I'm veggie), thinking this way has lead me to keep on macros for about 95% of the time)
3) Ask yourself what you feel like doing... what do YOU feel your body needs?

If it was me, I'd go and do the bonus workouts (which should put you on a high, as you'll see just how far you've come), and then see how you feel afterwards. If you're up to it, do some intervals.

Finally, I've found the only way to keep on macros is to plan my meals a couple of days in advance so I know what I'm going to be eating, and that I'm hitting all my goals. I've also found it helpful to schedule all my workouts in my diary.
