I had to go look for the name, but they did an episode with Tara Kirk, an Olympic athlete who had exactly that problem. Well, finding clothing to fit her muscular frame. Even her arms weren't that big.

Well, they have a device for that, you know. It's been around for centuries. They used it during the Spanish Inquisition, making people long and lean. . . . .it's called The Rack!
