Default Can you tell the difference in my one month pics?

Hi everyone!

I'm new to weightlifting and to this forum, although I've been lurking for a few weeks. I'm halfway through Phase I, and I've been doing 2 workouts per week. I've noticed a few other people who are in the beginning stages of the program, so maybe we should get together and start a challenge group?

Anyway, here are my one month pictures from July and August. I haven't lost any pounds so far, but I feel stronger and more energetic. Since I know it's hard to see changes in your own pictures AND since everyone on this forum is so nice and encouraging, I've mixed them up into a random order quiz to see if there REALLY is a noticeable difference or not. Which three do you think are from July, and which do you think are from August?

The last picture that wouldn't fit on the previous post. I'm new to posting, so let me know if you can't see the pictures.

You need to host your pictures on another site (photobucket, flickr, etc.) before they'll show up. Right now I just get an error message.

Thanks! I thought I could just upload them as attachments from my computer. I'll try to figure out how to do it using a host site.

Find the host site first, then someone should be able to help you link them. The easiest is to click the little image icon and copy in the URL of the picture.

A challenge sounds like a great idea. With so many new people on here, myself included, I think it would be a great way to get people motivated. Not sure how to get one going though tallchick. A six month challenge would be good, could be a good way to keep us all on track over Christmas and new years!

Anyone else up for it?

That sounds like a good idea. If you come up with some guidelines, we can come up with an announcement thread and see how many people are interested. Something like NROL4W 6 Month Challenge.

There are some new people NOT doing NROL4W, but if you start it on the 1st, that could give them enough time to go get it and be ready. I will post the announcement in some other sub-forums, too.

Let me know what you think.

Since Jane wanted a break, I stepped up and posted some information in the challenge forum.

2009 Women's Fall Challenge ?

Let's see if there's any interest and we'll go from there.
