Question Protein Pancake Recipes

Hi All,

This morning I made the protein pancakes from the book, and I was a little disappointed. I didn't have a banana, so maybe that would have made them better. . .but I found them to be dry and kinda chewy.

Does anyone have a tried and true protein pancake recipe that they enjoy? Thanks!

not exactly what you're talking about, but at whole foods I've gotten boxes of mix for cottage cheese pancakes that are pretty yummy.

you may want to try over at galya's blog… she got some good look eats there…

Just add some protein powder to the pancake recipe.

protein pancakes - best recipe i've tried
ca 200 grams cottage cheese
4 egg whites + 1 egg
50-60 gram oatmeal

blend together in a blender or a food processor, then cook. delicious and very pancake-y.
