Default Starting over today!

Well, I made it through the whole program, including Stage 7 2x, then wrote my own workout plan which I did for a month (combining some of my favorite exercises, some strength-building and some fat-loss components). Then I took a lovely week off, and today I'm starting over with Stage 1, Workout A. Hoping for a better, stronger second round!

I completed this program twice too. Disappointed that I didn't gain strength, in fact I think I brought it down a notch.

No, but I was at the top of my healthy weight range to begin with. I was eating at a "deficit" (according to the book) most of the time because when I tried to eat the full amount calculated for me, I never felt right and started to gain a bit (the authors acknowledge that the calorie calculations are not right for everyone, and I think I'm just one of those people who needs to eat a bit less). I have lost about 3lbs over the past month or so (but this is when I deviated a bit from NR), and I was really watching my calorie and macros even more carefully.
