Default Starbuck' new smoothies

Has anyone tried the new starbucks Vivanno smooothies?
They come in 3 different flavours and are mighty yummy.
They contain whey protein and fiber powder and are made with fresh fruit.

They are super great if you are on the go after the gym.

They are very good. When I was traveling a lot for work, I ordered one for breakfast everyday with double protein.

I always think about it when I'm ordering but I keep thinking they must have a lot of sugar in them. I think I have a menu somewhere so I'll look it up. Hows the training log coming?

Interesting, thanks! That's a crap load of sugar but I guess its natural at least. Its the banana I think. Starbucks lets you bring in your own soy milk so maybe I'll bring in a bottle of my unsweetened soy milk and give it a go. Now coffee bean and tea leaf they have some weird thing they can only use their soy...

yeah bring it in and ask them. they'll do anything for a tip! plus it saves them inventory costs. i know it makes me look like a bit of a dork but f that.

plain soy is very high in sugar (but it still beats skim milk) and for all you know its vanilla (nasty) which can have like 12+ grams per serving. do it and let me know how it goes. also they don't charge you for the soy then which is like $.40 or $.50.
