Default Front Push Press Thing?

Hey all,

I'm scheduled to start Phase 2 on Thursday. I don't have a barbell though; I work out at my office gym which has a full set of dumbbells, a Smith Machine and cable pulley machines, along with some cardio equipment. Do you have any advice on how/what to substitute the front push press thing?

I have access to a barbell at our gym near my house so I guess I could drive there after work, but then with parking, etc. etc. it's just so much easier to walk downstairs and workout, then go home.

Do I really need to use a barbell for this move, or can I substitute something in?

Two dumbells? It would not be exactly the same but similar.

Default Maybe?

Maybe that would work? I'll be interested to see if the group agrees.

Never mind! I feel silly now -- there's a whole thread on this in the FAQ.
