Default The Duh Moment otherwise known as What do I do now?

Need some advice here. I got to what I thought was the end of stage one yesterday, though I was thinking that it took a lot quicker than I thought it would. Well, when I referred to the book today I realized I had to do two workouts at each level - two workouts with same reps/similar weights. I have only done one at each level so now I have increased my weight pretty high but I guess I am not done with stage one.

What should I do? Should I start all over again from the beginning so I can get the proper amount of workouts per level? I am smacking my head right now. D'oh!

Thanks!

Why don't you just go through the workouts again, with one at each level, just like you did before? Challenge yourself with the weights each time again; at the 15 rep stage, do more weight than you did at the first 15 rep stage, etc.

Don't worry too much about not getting it exactly right, it will still increase your strength!

Thanks. Thats what I think I will do. Either way, its working. Getting a lot of compliments from people on my arms. Love it. Now just gotta work more on trimming the midsection and thighs.
