Default Protein Powder - help!

Whenever I go to a nutrition store I get completely overwhelmed with the amount of protein powder you can choose from.
Can anyone recommend one? Preferably without any fake sweeteners (aspartame and such).

Also, what's the difference between Whey protein and whey protein isolate?

I use Trader Joe's. A little more expensive, but there are none of those bad tasting artificial sweeteners.
