Default Food tracking apps for iphone

Hi all, I am halfway through stage 1, going well so far.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any good apps for the iphone to track calories, macros, weight and measurements etc. I have been using calorieking on the interet, but find that too difficult to use on the iphone.
Thanks.
