Default Anybody skip Stage 6?

I have one workout left in Stage 5 and though I was looking forward to the shorter workouts, I'm contemplating going straight to Stage 7. Back at the end of Stage 3 I started to lose my momentum with this program and to keep with it, I did Stage 7 at that point, so I've already did it once. I've enjoyed the program for the most part but eventhough the workouts change up, I feel kinda stuck in a rut so to speak. I know that Stage 6 is kinda optional so I feel like I can skip and still feel like I completed the program(eventhough I changed it up a bit)

Just curious if anybody skipped this stage and why and how they felt about it etc. Thanks!

Stage 6 was my favorite by far! And it is short.

The workouts are only 30mins at the most, and doing a pullup/chin up was one of my goals with this program.

Do it! It was the best and most empowering stage of all.

I think I'll try and stick it out. Today is my last workout in Stage 5(finally) and it was a good strong workout. After a few days rest I think I can go into Stage 6 fresh and ready for the challenge. Hopefully I can maintain my focus and come out stronger - a little slimmer wuld be nice too. Thanks guys, wish me luck.
