Default How do I know which exercises I do for each workout??

Hello! I seem to be confused about which exercise I should be doing with the different workouts. Am I supposed to select the exercises myself from the different options or are they listed and I just missed it?

I would appreciate any help you could offer!

Thank you!

i'm confused now.
it's all laid out in the book.
Stage 1 workout 1 you do all the A exercises.
Stage 1 workout 2 you do all the B exercises.
Stage 1 workout 3 you do all the A exercises again.
keep rotating til the end of Stage 1.

Ok that helps....thanks! So the exercises for Workout A would be squats, push ups, seated row, step up and prone jackknife? Then for Workout B it would be Deadlift, dumbbell shoulder press, wide-grip lat pulldown, lunge and swiss ball crunch??

I feel so silly asking for clarification, just want to be sure I start off on the right foot.

Thanks again!

this is a link to a post in the FAQ where it is spelled out in detail.

If this doesn't help your understanding, I'm not sure what else to try...
