Default Just finishing Stage 1, WooHoo! When do I do AMRAP?

Do I do the AMRAP sets in a separate workout or same day as workout 16?

No. They are the next 2 workouts in the progression, as they are numbered Workout 9A and 9B.

Yeah, like LunaSea said. You want to give your body a rest just like always, before doing the workouts that will give you an idea of the progress you made since you started the program.

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm loving this workout. In fact, I think it's down right brilliant. I'm 45 and have been lifting all of my adult life and it's been a challenge to retrain my brain so I need a little help from friends to shed light on what may seem obvious. Thanks again.
