Unhappy Prone Cuban Snatch video?

I've looked through the FAQ and video threads but haven't been able to find a video demonstrating the Prone Cuban Snatch (please forgive me if I missed it, I've read so many threads over the last few weeks I may have seen it an forgotten about it by now). Can any one post link to the video or better describe the excercise?

Looking at the photos and description in the book, it sounds like multi-step move: pull elbows up, rotate heads to head, rotate back and lower arms. Is this correct? It's very differnt from the one arm dumbbell snatch which is very fluid and fast motion.

Thank you!

Your description sound correct to me. Sorry, I don't have a video link.

This makes sense to me since the one arm dumbbell snatch uses you leg power to gain momentum to get the weight moving up, but you can't do that while in the prone position on the bench.

Thanks!
