Default stage 3 matrix

Is there anywhere explaining the jumping lunges? I need to know proper form. I do not see in the book a description of these or jumping sqats but I assume I have the squat right.

I have always done them starting in a lunge position, one foot forward, knees bent, jump up and switch feet in midair and land in a lunge position with the other foot forward.

They are KILLER!

Default Thank you

The video is exactly what I needed. That is what I was doing but someone questioned me whether that was right. I was hoping it was some easier methodoly Oh Well they are killer!

Doesn't it hurt to land with bent knees?
I tried a couple of reps, and went home before screwing up my knees further. Am I doing it wrong?

You're supposed to bend your knees upon landing after a jump. It softens the force of the jump.

Ideally you would be doing the matrix on a spring-board floor or deck (one that gives, like stages made for dancers). Otherwise on some cushioning (like some mats).
