I guess I don't know what I'm talking about! Actually I forget which I ended up ordering--I guess it'll be a surprise! Thanks for the info though. I hope I got that one, lol.

Hi Everyone! Thank you for your terrific comments about PP. My cupboards are looking a little bare and it's time to restock. I've been beating a way through the thick and slick marketing campaigns for over more than a decade and I'm a sucker for sups and the pictures of the fitness models, they can easily convince me that I want it, I must have it....you guys are way more interesting. I'm sticking around here from now on.

Not entirely sure I'm understanding what you are looking for in a protein powder but Lean Dessert by BSN is pretty tasty, when mixed with milk and/or water. I don't feel the need to doctor this powder at all.
I've tried Chocolate Coconut candybar, chocolate fudge pudding, and cinnamon roll. I want to try vanilla next. So far they are all winners!

The carbs I can see, 7g per scoop can be a bit much.
But the fat seems pretty much on par with others out there. The label says 2-3g depending on flavour.

I tried the Banana Cream and it has 3.5 grams of fat and 8 carbs and 21 protein...not so good compared to my Nitrean......1 gram fat, 1 gram carb, and 24 grams protein.....less calories, too......110 compared to BSN's 150.

Though I do ADORE BSN's TLF clothing line.
