Default Stage 7; Workout 6!!!

I managed to get myself through the workout today by promising myself a brag here. I just completed my 6th workout of Stage 7. So go me! I think I'm going to try to go the circuit again (so I'll have 12 workouts at this stage). See if by the end I can do 20 reps on the step-ups for all 4 sets (right now I can get through 20 on the first set, but have to drop to 15 for sets 2-4).

Yeah! Great job! How are you feeling?

After 6 workouts of stage 7 I had to take a half week off and drop back to 2 per week for the rest. I just finished workout 9 today.
