Default Stage 4 question

So when it says 2-3 sets in stage 4, do I do 2 for some and 3 for some?
Do I do what I feel like doing?

For some reason I don't like to think when I am at the gym, and I want to figure this out before I go.

I know if I just say I will do what I feel, I will only do sets of 2...

Thanks!

I think you can do what you want. I did 2 (and 3 for stage 5). I just don't have that much time to do more.

I like to give myself something to work towards, so I think I started with two but then moved up to three setse in subsequent workouts. If you have the time and energy, I'd shoot for 3.

I did 3 sets on everything except the planks. There's no way I could do 120 min planks X3!

I always do 120 min. planks, balanced on one arm, while doing dishes with the other. . . .

LOL! I am sooooo not looking forward to even 120 second planks!

Thanks for asking this question. I'm headed there (Stage 4) in a couple days myself.
