I really like NROL4W, but after reading everything you all have said, I think I should consider dong a different program until I am down to a weight where I want to focus more on muscle rather than fat loss. I don't want to stop after just Stage 3. What do you all think?? Have any of you had any success with TNT or is there another program you would suggest??

I think you should stick with it if you're enjoying it. You can always focus on the diet thing separately, no?
